The Exchange catering team has designed a set of menus that will complement events of any type and size, ensuring you and your guests receive a fantastic experience.

While refreshments and catering may often be separate to the main purpose of your function, we strive to provide food of the highest quality focusing on seasonal, contemporary cuisine.

With an emphasis on fresh and healthy menus, the idea central to our food is one of nourishment and sustenance; our menus have been created in the knowledge that mood, motivation and mental performance are powerfully influenced by diet.

Whether it be a breakfast meeting, a working lunch, hot buffets, platters or snacks our menus are ideal for work-related conferences and training sessions, providing the right balance to fuel your delegates’ concentration and energy levels, as well as being tasty and enjoyable.

Our formal dining menus provide a more substantial option for a seated lunch or dinner, and are equally suitable for corporate events and special social occasions.

We also offer a wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks.

I hold my Pepsi Lipton events @ The Exchange Colworth currently 3 times a year and have been more than impressed with the level of service provided by The Exchange and their staff. The venue itself is enough to entice people to visit again and again let alone the delicious food and the level of service. I would recommend this for any event, be it retirement or a meeting of any calibre – all of my attendees have left with a smile, a full stomach and even a recipe from the chef for the red velvet cake!!
